Delivery Costs

All prints include free delivery if you live in Ireland or United Kingdom. For all other countries there is a flat fee of €10 for delivery. All deliveries are insured when posting and delivered to your billing address.

Printing Time

The printing process should be completed within 1 week, your destination will dictate how much longer it will take to reach you. We process all print orders as quickly as possible. After 30 days if you still haven’t received your order you can cancel and receive a full refund.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary according to your destination. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery within the European Union, and 7 working days elsewhere. If your delivery is taking longer, please contact us and we will trace your parcel. We accept no responsibility for inconvenience or damage incurred due to the late arrival of goods.

VAT & Import Taxes

All print prices quoted on our website are inclusive of Republic of Ireland VAT. Any extra customs duties or import taxes for goods shipped outside the European Union remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your print you must inform us in writing within 5 days of receipt. The goods must then be returned to us securely packaged, at your own expense, within 14 days of receipt. A refund will be issued, minus the original shipping costs, provided the goods are returned to us in their original condition. We strongly recommend that you use an insured and traceable method of delivery as we cannot be held liable for any returns lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged Prints

If your print arrives in a damaged condition you must inform us in writing within 5 days of receipt. We will then arrange the collection of the goods, and either replace the order or refund the full amount paid, including shipping costs. If we are not informed within 5 days we bear no liability for damage sustained.
